For educators:
I give sessions to help teachers maintain a high level of happiness and depth of meaning in the mission of educating young people and learn to integrate happiness in the whole life of the school.
This is a 2-day learning program I prepared that highlights the important scientific discoveries that have emerged from the field of Positive Psychology. I selected the most applicable competencies and skills from the Science of Happiness based on the professional development studies I attended at Stanford University in California under the continuing studies program titled, The Keys to Sustainable Happiness. I created these modules to focus on the practices that can be applied to the school workplace setting. Since this is just two days, the program will only introduce the participants to the research findings in the field of Positive Psychology, go through some assessment tools for self-knowledge and familiarize themselves to the competencies and intentional activities on happiness so that hopefully, they will be able to practice on their own, the skills for them to build habits of happiness and productivity.
For students and various youth groups:
I give talks and structured learning activities on leadership, confidence and happiness that can inspire and empower their human spirit to actualize the persons that they are meant to be. I normally recommend a whole day meeting with the students but learning time of the program can always be adjusted based on requested time and target objectives.
